Requirements

·         Strong communication required for working with drivers, co-workers and customers

·         Dispatch experience in the trucking / transportation industry.

·         Good phone and custom service skills.

·         DOT compliance experience is a plus.

·         Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

·         Bilingual in Spanish is a plus for our Mexico operation.

·         Experience with TMW, Ryder LMS, XPO, AOD and Expeditor websites and programs is a plus.

 

Responsibilities

·         Update customers on the phone and online

·         Tracking and tracing driver positions

·         Scheduling driver routes

·         Update dispatch software

·         Canadian customs shipment clearing

Job Type: Full-time

 

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
